@@alexhumphreys5243 Although your second point is a fact and I agree with you, in this case that doesn't apply because Dave and Stormzy write their own music too. Secondly, tastes are different, they are your own personal opinion and you can't speak for "everybody". For me, I rated Chip up until this beef, but it's gone too far and just feels desperate now sadly. I'd prefer to hear Chip create his own hit tune, something we can play in clubs and become a classic. None of his beef tracks with Stormzy will. Lastly being "better" is a value each of us judge differently. Chip is no doubt good, but clearly crowd prefers Dave and Stormzy and it is their tunes they know every word of and buy they tracks. Why? Because know how to make a hit. The three of them are equally good rappers IMO, in fact I think Dave is the best due to his level of maturity in his lyrics and being able to talk psychology and politics at his age, but nobody can beat Stormzy in ability to also make a hit song that is going to be loved accross many countries. Chip can rap and can battle rap, but to me, to be "better" I need to be able to play your tune more then once.
