It’s nice but they have to build the surrounding area like how it’s In Thailand, Malaysia for activity and nice scenery. In those countries the shopping malls has a nice location all within a busy city center no swampy view nearby. Looking outside here and seeing swamp land and undeveloped open fields seems isolated. Hopefully they will develop those land more.
