We do accept constructive criticism, and have done so multiple times in the past (you can see for yourself in the comments section of a few of our videos, such as our Strawberry Trapper cover!). However, your comment was not constructive, simply negative. We have no reason to leave negative feedback within the comments section of our videos, particularly if it doesn't help us improve in any specific way. We're always open to critique, and we're far from perfect! We don't expect exclusively positive feedback on all of our videos. But we ask that you remain constructive and kind. I don't see how my comment wasn't constructive,I didn't writed it wanting to hurt you. I only pointed out that there were many obvious mistakes in the video and your syncronisation needed work. Harsh comment are still concrit and sometimes its important to think about it because it still can help you.

Just in my humble opinion, if you wrote it not wanting to hurt their feelings, maybe you should have written something positive to go along with the critique. Even if it was just something like "I could see that you guys had a lot of fun making this!" Just an idea for future critiques ;)
