For those saying that Chips should have been converted to veganism: You don't know much about cats. Cats are obligate carnivores and *have to eat meat*, as the majority of their diet, to thrive. Depriving any cat of meat is cruel animal abuse. Humans can survive, and be healthy, without meat. Cats cannot (thisv is the case not "only" for big, wild cats, but also for pet/house cats.

Some people are hands down hopeless cases! Avegan bobcat... 🤦🏻♀️ A horribly corrupting influence on so many levels. Unlike you I can't even get going and explain the details, because certain types of people refuse to be taught substantial knowledge anyway due to their blinded, self-satisfied, pseudo-ethical agenda in life! If If that species of not reasonable but inconsiderate hardliner vegans took over the world in order to save nature and label themselves gracious humans, ironically and dreadfully, fauna and flora would die out within a few years! Raise a vegan bobcat... 🤦🏻♀️ That's in no way consistent with nature, it's quite frankly the epitome of ignorance, stupidity and human destruction of the natural circle.

Saying that cats should convert into veganism is like saying sharks, lions and wolves could last a week without meat. Not only is that animal abuse, it affects their body from that sort of diet.

I'm really not trying to discredit your experience, but you really should not be keeping a bobcat in your house, or even have one as a pet in general. It's important for your safety, as well as the safety of others who you might want to introduce the bobcat to. You may feel as though you've made progress in domesticating it, but they are still wild animals... It's not worth the slight chance that it will resort to its feral nature and attack you for some reason unknown to you. Believe me, it can and does happen. I'm just trying to give you a bit of advice as someone who has lived in areas where these types of animals commonly roam. I would NOT under any circumstances ever bring one into my house.

Me too, I would cuddle her every second. She is just too cute and adorable, I love little naughty cuddly Bobcat babies and Bobcat's. I used to have a beautiful tabby cat and he used to snuggle right next to me on my bed all night and then in the morning he would rub his cute soft face next to mine to wake me up so I didn't need an alarm clock but unfortunately he died and when I look at his BEUTIFUL photos it brings a tear to my eye because he understood me and I understood him. He was so kind, loving, affectionate and a great companion he will never be forgotten as he has a special place in my heart. My children were completely shattered until I bought home another little cute, cuddly, soft, furry baby tabby kitten and my kids are so happy know and he also reminds me of BARNY my great cat gone but never forgotten.

Hi Tad & Cheryl: Just viewed the video about "Chips" the baby bobcat. Thank goodness there are people like you who truly care for wildlife, and so happy that Chips was released back into his wild habitat. In 1972 we rescued a full grown, tame bobcat. She was someone's pet that had somehow escaped from her owners. Her front paws were declawed, she had a thin brown collar in but no ID tag. She had been shot in the right hind leg and was starving and in very bad condition. We took her in and tried to locate her owner to no avail, so she remained our beloved friend for twenty years. I am a wildlife artist and have just had a book published about our family's life with this amazing and beautiful bobcat. I do make it clear in the book that these animals should remain in their natural habitat when at all possible. The book is entitled,"OUR FRIEND PRECIOUS THE BOBCAT," published by Brighton Publishing. It is available in e-Book, through Amazon.com and Barnes & Nobel.com. I think you would enjoy it. Best of wishes,. Judith Smith Wilson, Wildlife Artist, & Author
