Will you please tell me how fastq files are converted to fasta files so that we can c the nucleotide sequence?

Hi! There are many tools available for FASTQ to FASTA conversion. Our tool in Chipster software (chipster.rahtiapp.fi/manual/fastx-fastq-to-fasta.html) uses FASTX (hannonlab.cshl.edu/fastx_toolkit/).

The speaker halts, and hesitates so often, and hasn't thought out what he's going to say throughout the presentation. Lots of "ahhhhh", "errrr", "ummmmm", "well..." and "sooo...", repetitions, broken up sentences, searching for words, tongue-clicking. So there is no flow and he makes himself difficult to follow. The mobile phone signal interfering is also terrible. This vid could be so much better if the audio were recreated from a decent script. Please remake the audio xxx
