Can you look at ASM? (not ASML). They focus on ALD equipment which will be used more often in advanced process nodes.

Tokyo electron's new NAND etching equipment is set to disrupt LAM research's monopoly on those. I read Samsung is already shipping their machines. It would eat away 15% of Lam research's share in this process

Great insights! I was looking at the company from a different angle. If Japan doesn't impose export restrictions with China, Tokyo Election would have a pretty unfair advantage over its competitors from the US

This is true. This far, it seems there has been Collab between US, Japan, Netherlands, etc, but that could obviously change real quick. Either way, we are TEL having some key advantages.

Good question. OTC stocks ending in a "Y" are typically an ADR. Those ending in an "F" are the foreign listed shares trading OTC. international.schwab.com/investment-products/adrs-foreign-ordinaries-canadian-stocks
