you cant make chiptune with samples because you need to modulate the soundwaves

@@Ic3psycho im afraid thats incorrect. a sample is a recorded sound. you get the modulation recorded into the sample. in fact, trackers only use samples and tons and tons of chiptunes has been made through them.
