సినీ అజ్ఞానానికి పరాకాష్ఠ ఈయన. నిజంగా ఈయన మాటలు నమ్మి ఎవరైనా సినిమా తీసి ఉంటే .. ఆ నిర్మాతలు మళ్లీ పైకి లేచేవారు కాదు. ఏంటీ.. చూడాలని ఉందిలో మమ్ముట్టి చేయాలా? అప్పుడది దళపతిలా హిట్టవుతుందా? అసలు ఎక్కడైనా సెన్స్‌ ఉందా? అదేంటో నాకు తెలియదు గానీ.. ఇక్కడ కొందరికి సినిమా విలువ తెలియదు. అసలు సినిమా అంటే ఏంటో తెలియదు. స్టార్‌డమ్‌ విలువ తెలియదు. వీళ్లు ఏడాదికో సినిమా చూస్తారు. చూసినా సినిమాని ఎలా రిసీవ్‌ చేసుకోవాలో తెలియదు. సినిమాకి దగ్గరగా తిరిగినా ఆ కళ ఏంటో వీళ్లకి ఎన్నేళ్లయినా పట్టుబడదు. ఎందుకంటే వీళ్లు చూడడమే వక్రదృష్టితో చూస్తారు. ఒక హీరోని నిస్వార్థంగా అభిమానించడం అంటే తెలియదు. స్టార్‌డమ్‌ అంటే అర్థం కాదు. ఫ్యాన్స్‌ ఎందుకు అభిమానిస్తారో తెలియదు. అసలు ఎంటర్‌ టైన్‌మెంట్‌ బేసిక్స్‌నే అర్థం చేసుకోలేనివీళ్లు ... సినిమావాళ్లంతా ప్రపంచాన్ని ఉద్ధరించడానికే పుట్టారన్నట్టు - కార్మికులూ కమ్యూనిజం అనే వాటిని పట్టుకొచ్చి వాటితోనే నిత్యం సినిమాని కలుషితం చేస్తుంటారు. వీళ్లు సినిమాని విమర్శిస్తారు. నిత్యం దాన్ని నాశనం చేయాలని చూస్తారు. అలా చేసినా ఒప్పుకోవచ్చు. అదో మార్గం అనుకోవచ్చు. కానీ ... వీళ్లకి నిజానికి ఆదర్శం ఏమీ లేదు. సినిమా వాళ్ల డబ్బు మీదే వీళ్ల కన్ను. వాళ్లకి పేరుందనే అసూయ. వీళ్లూ సినిమావాళ్లకంటే గొప్పవాళ్లేం కారు. వీళ్లూ ఆదర్శం నటిస్తారు. నిజానికి డబ్బు పేరు మాత్రమే వీళ్లకి ముఖ్యం. ఓ పక్క సినిమాని తిడుతూ.. మరో పక్క... అదే సినిమాకి సంబంధించిన వ్యక్తులతో తమ పరిచయాల్నీ అనుబంధాల్నీ ఫోకస్‌ చేసుకుంటూ పేరు తెచ్చుకోవాలనుకుంటారు. సినిమా అంటే ఇష్టం లేకపోతే లేనట్టుండాలి. దానినుంచి గొప్ప పొందాలని చూసేవాళ్లకి విమర్శించే హక్కుండదు. ఇది రెండు నాలుకల ధోరణి.
