Lately, I know they’ve visit me in my room (more than 1X)manifested in the light getting brighter(my Dad) and the ceiling fan speed a little faster than usual(my Mom). But who really are all my ancestors? I’m just confused and didn’t know how to do this safely on my altar. If only I knew how to communicate with them. I do feel that they were happy, thankful, and celebrating for me passing my tests. Through Chiron’s Channel I wish to express my heartfelt apologies for all my shortcomings, love and gratitude for their undying support and prayers. WTF have they done for me? I haven't seen a GD thing. All I've heard is a bunch of empty promises. Nothing has been rendered any easier in the least. It's the same daily misery it's always been. All I ever asked for was a return to full health and apparently that was too much to ask for. I owe them nothing. All that I have accomplished I have done on my own; and against all odds at that I might add. I don't run after carrots dangling from a stick.

You should place a glass of fresh water & food/snacks/fruits/veggies for the particular spirits you are honoring. Ex, ancestors you can put out things they like in their physical life like certain foods/drinks, cigars, cards, jewelry, etc... go with your intuition or just ask them how you can best venerate them if you don't know. 😊🤍✨️
