This is a beautiful reading… and articulates what I’ve already traversed and am now moving forward into helping others to do the same. This is kinda confusing for me because I never have the intention to harm. I pretty much just keep to myself. One of my biggest triggers because of my childhood abuse is a chronic need to be good and prove my innocence if accused of being evil or breaking any rules. I know I got something to sort out there. Hmmm... You always make me think 🤔. Your channel is so interesting and thought provoking. I can tell you really do care about your viewers. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to hit on the topics that you do. Thank you ❤ for showing up for humanity. Im sure you had to go through hard times as well. Same here but for me personally I’m reminded of the pain only when someone does something that triggers the trauma they might do it consciously/unconsciously it makes me isolate and push them away @chironintuition yes you’re correct it is a new partner he was in his ego and said something hurtful he knows what I’ve been through with my ex partner yet he chose to do that he knows what he did cause he mentioned that he knows I’m angry with him he has so many good traits but I’m still fragile so it’s important those in our live are a little more sensitive the blame can not always lie on us

I just broke up 3 weeks ago with a liar and cheater ,and friends introduced me to someone new only 2 weeks ago, although i said i need time to heal.
