He's comparing how even the soles of the feet are, but holding them by the feet (rather than ankles) where his own hands can consciously or subconsciously affect the alignment.

In another video, he complains about cowboy boots. He can't manipulate the ankles in boots as he can in trainers. If you watch his shoulders and head tilt during his "adjustments", it's pretty clear which foot he wants to appear lower for the camera. In addition, he'll carefully keep the "long leg" vertical while rotating the "short leg" slightly inwards to appear shorter. With that being said, my ASMR loves to watch him ramble on during his bone masages.

@@curtgottler9961 That's true. Chiropractors have one kind of adjustment for each of the 3 spine areas. Mine is great and he doesn't waste my time pretending to figure out where and how to adjust.
