Chiropractic treatment to restore voice. she was unable to speak.

This patient could not speak a word since 17 years (by birth). She came to me for treatment. on examination I found out that her anterior cervical area was stiff and the vocal cords were compressed.
With relaxation of the surrounding muscles in the anterior neck , scalenes, SCM, etc. and certain adjustments to the cervical vertebrae & muscles; there was improvement of about 40% !!!!
she could speak out some monosyllables within just 3 daus of treatment!!!!!!
