AnnaSun27 Love Toni ! very relaxing video but not factually sound, I haven’t finished the whole video but I already heard him say that spine compresses over time and can cause a disc to slip, but in reality a slipped vertebral disc just means injured disc nothing actually slips out of place.

imthebeesknees111 it doesn’t slip out, per se, but a disc can bulge or ultimately herniate which means it IS protruding out of its space and into the spinal canal

K L Toni compares it to a Jenga block that all of a sudden slips out, so we’re both saying the same thing, that it doesn’t do that. But also even in the description Toni explains he’s using a mallet for relaxation purposes not educational. I don’t pretend to know all about the spine but I am currently a student PTA and a lot of the video contradicts what I am being taught currently. Doesn’t bother me though, A+ for relaxation

I wish all chiropractors were like this. The discussion at the beginning was so calming, especially when you said to ask if we needed something repeated. Then demonstrating each position before getting us on the table! This would calm anyone for their first appointment!
