the reason why Jackie makes sure to add the bloopers at the end of every one of his films is he wants the viewers to see that they are human and are truly risking their life when things don't go perfectly...if those bloopers weren't added Jackie also feels like it would be a insult towards the stunt crew and viewers not to show it...plus it's also to show in a way to the viewers please don't try this at home

@@ITSMRVIDEO-rg9ms also fun fact: Jackie Chan has/had issues with insurance companies for his film. He does his own stunts and frequently gets injured. He acted through one of his movies(Rumble in the bronx?) with a caste on his foot. once.

When Don Cheadle was asked to do his cameo in this, he had two conditions as a fan of Hong Kong action films: that he could speak Chinese in his scene, and that he'd get at least a small fight scene with Jackie that ended in a draw.

FYI Jackie and Chris became such good friends making the first one that Jackie convinced Chris tp do his own stunts. He was on the Tongint show saying he has no idea how he let Jackie convince him but next thing he knows he is climbing bamboo and hanging from it. So that is all him in that scene and he buffed up also.

For anyone wondering what Hu Li (Zhang Ziyi), the female villain of this film said as she died, holding the bomb: 两个王八蛋 (You two bastards), 你不就要我们死 (You wanted us to die), 现在我自己来,我来了! (Now I do it myself, I am here!) 我现在主动来了! 我来了!(I am doing this on my own now!). Basically, "If I'm dying, I'm taking you with me!" It sounds like she was pissed that she had tried to kill these two multiple times but had failed, and when she finally faced off with the one who annoyed her the most, who was Carter (Chris Tucker), he through luck and moxy beat her. Her mind couldn't handle that she lost to a black "gweilo" (foreigner), much less a cop. She's a triad, they aren't supposed to be afraid of police. Just context for that scene.

The end credit scenes for these movies weren't so common, when this movie came out. And if there were going to be any, they usually weren't at the very end of the movie, like Marvel likes to do. It used to be a pretty safe bet to bounce once the real credits started rolling, the ones after the music and important people. There are usually blooper reels in Jackie Chan movies because that was just the type of person he was. Most of his movies have them, even the Chinese ones, like The Legend of Drunken Master. What I usually resort to doing nowadays, if I watch a movie in the theater, I google "is there an end credits scene" for the movie I'm watching. If I'm streaming it, I just quickly look through the credits just in case.

That's not entirely true. In my grandparents time and parents time, open bigotry was still normalized (Blazing Saddles punched that square in the face). During my time as Gen-Xer, we were usually having to be comfortable enough as friends to gently rib and lovingly 'dis' other ethnicities with such terms in an endearing way, rather than just freely calling someone else derogatory names to strangers like we see the resurgence of now. What you're talking about, not having the 'safe space' (ironic) you used to have in order to be a dickhead to strangers, is correctly identified and called out as bigotry today.

The offended crowd? So are u speaking for the crowd that continue to hear the "fun, open stereotyping" by everyone u see from strangers to coworkers? Grown ass people ask u if u like watermelon and grape soda to make conversation? They ask if u can speak proper english? They call u boy instead of ur name? Your boss crack racist jokes around u bc ur "one of the good ones" ? If that hasnt been ur reality ur entire life by everyone and everything u see, maybe sit down..

@@gbooby The problem with slinging the term bigotry around these days is that it's used as a fall back retort from morons who call everyone that for everything they get butthurt over. It lost any sort of impact it ever had. Same with labeling everyone you disagree with a racist and/or white supremacist. It's truly pathetic.

"Casinos aren't built to have winners" ... remined me of a stay at Bally's when I had a view out the back where every morning an armoured car would stop and they would carry out money. I never once saw them bring money :P

Jackie learned English by singing American songs, but country and folk, not Motown.

bro i never thought I'd like a reaction video before the actual reaction until you came on the scene. The way you enter the shot is always real, your personality is genuine and a breath of fresh air in a sea of fake people! keep rockin it.

And better than some other trilogies that really shouldn't have made a 3rd movie if they were just gonna phone it in, slap it together with spare parts and meat, beat a bunch of dead horses and spend no more than 5 days writing the script! And clearly don't give 2 sh*ts if the movie is just a cluster f**k of hot garbage!

It's common for Jackie Chan movies to have outtakes at the end. It shows off what he goes through to make a film. No biggie, but now you know!

No, all movies don't have end credit scenes. Jackie Chan is known for that and Marvel movies. I know at least one movie that had jokes IN the credits! Chris Tucker often credited Jackie Chan for his change in work ethic. Someone asked why Chris didn't return for Next Friday and the answer given was simple... 💰💰💰! Check out "The Foreigner" and "Who Am I!"
