Friend I’m sorry you experienced that during your first week. It sounds very unorganized and I would have been overwhelmed too. I always dislike when people just throw the new hires out there to do the work with no real one on one training. How are you suppose to know how to do your job with no proper training. My daughter use to work for a foot surgeon office in Plano. A family owned practice and she experienced the same thing the office environment was so negative and seemed like when she was in training some of the people act like they didn’t want to train her. Just throwing work at her she didn’t understand. But she push through doing the best she could within the time she was there but she could not wait to find another opportunity not because she didn’t like the work but because the environment was so toxic from the surgeon, to the managers down to the employees. Then they wanted to overwork but didn’t want to pay her for duties she was not hired for. It’s sad because in a lot of these doctor office the environments be toxic. I pray this upcoming week is better and thing’s improve. I don’t blame you for putting your resume back out there. People don’t leave jobs because they don’t like the work, they leave either for toxic environments or management. You want to enjoy where you work not stress about it. 🙏🏽

I’m sorry the first week didn’t go well. It sounds like the office suffers from mismanagement & staff infighting. Try to hang in there, keep applying for jobs, pray before you walk in the door asking God to guide you through the day. Also pray for His peace in that office.
