I would love to see a part 2 but about grooming a young girl in living SA, some of us are trying to win in our careers and in life but carry the burden of being in broken homes, where there hasn't been examples of how to take care of ourselves, so from dating, sex (as you guys mentioned the 90day rule) and just overall to how to carry yourself and dealing with heavy family matters (as a lack of support from the right people like family and friends can influence a bad lifestyle) basically big sister advice. thank you for a lovely sit down💗💗

She's an old soul and I say that because for a 22yr old, she's very matured and her reasoning capacity is top tier. To add on trying to deal with mental health is to always pray about it every chance you get and when you feeling down. Journal things you are grateful for and try to not think alot about things that brings you down mentally and take it one step at a time.. From someone who has been dealing with mental health issues the past 2 years shame those things has really helped me and now am at a better place I don't wanna lie! Another thing therapy does help guys yaz

I’ve grown to be okay with friendship break ups. They don’t rock me as they used to. As long as I know I wasn’t wrong. I distance myself and delete everything that reminds me of you. Move on ! Some friendships are worth fighting for but some aren’t. I personally can’t stand a friendship where my feelings are invalidate or the next person is committed to misunderstanding me. I don’t hesitate to leave.
