I strongly agree, been with VXI for 10 months. On my 1st month sir chito, Me and my husband were hit by a car while on the way to work. At that time they already issued an HMO which was a big help because I used it for my Hospital bill for my fractured operation Amounting of 100k. Imagine? Wla pakoy 2months sa VXI piru used na kaayu ilang HMO. Amazed jud ko sa tnan kay ang ubang company no, 6mos bag-o nila e release 👏❤️

Thanks for sharing. I think you've touched a lot about better communication skills in this video. As a consumer here in the US who engage with BPO agents abroad on some of our daily financial and business transaction needs, I believe the most important skills an agent must possess, not just fluency in English but also knowledge about the product. Oftentimes, consumers/callers gets hit with difficulty of understand the person on the other line, due to untamed accent and lack of knowledge to help the callers in first try. Fortunately, I have not yet experience this with Filipino BPO agents but more so with BPOs from other parts of the world. Keep up the good work.

I'm a UI/UX designer, and daghan gusto mag sulod sakong field , because sa process sa BPO, I almost always recommend na mag start sila sa BPO to improve on their communication/customer service skills. Tip on interviews: Control the situation, always have the mindset of having the job already -- and apply it as you talk as what sir Chito did on his initial interview. Take control of the interview, make it as conversational as possible regardless of how awkward your interviewer seem (Yes daghan awkward , og na pugos rag interview sa inyo. haha)

Sa mga applicants nga dili kaayo confident, practice is the key. Parehas nako nga introvert, di jud ko confident ay. Practice speaking in front of a mirror. That's what I did, way back when I applied as a BPO agent. Pero nag-VA nalang jud ko ron kay mas preferred nako nga dili magsige ug gawas sa balay. 🤣
