Grabe kaayo ang enlightenment nga mahatag ani sa mga kabatan-onan. Even not related to body shaming or whatsoever but in general, we can learn a lot from this vlog. What I mean is the sexiest thing we can see to a person is on how/she see the totality of a person. Not just physically but also spirituality, emotionally, and mentally. I was once insulted because of my body, I promise you guys, don't do that to other person. When I was younger payat kaayo KO. Pero pag college naku didto KO nidako. Pero Di man sobra Ka dako pud. Chubby or some people called me Kabir. Tas til now maskin unsaon naku pagamay Di na Jud KO mogamay like 45kls pirmi nalang 56kls. During pandemic 72kls KO. Karon Kay 64kls nalang KO. Wala KO GA exercise pero GA fruits and veggies KO. Less rice nalang. Pero si Ms Hanna sobra Ka gwapa. Maskin plus size Kung uban tawo motawag SA mgs chubby pareha namo.. ❤️❤️

I can relate to her. I gained weight due to PCOS. Sadly, people are very tactless, not knowing why my weight suddenly went up especially at the start of pandemic. Even my relatives would call me names like "tambok" in front of my younger cousins who might think that it's just normal to call someone that way. 🥺

Isa ako sa nabully na. Ng tinuring kopa naman na BFF. Sobrang tumaba ako dahil sa stress eating dahil sa daming problema sa pamilya. Daring 24 na bewang ngayon 33 na. Tapos sasabihan kapa ng mga kaibigan mo na anong nangyare sayo ang laki laki Mona. Sobrang laki ng pinagbago ng katawan at itsura mo😢. Asan na ang daring ikaw 😢. Ngayon nahihiya na ako mag picture picture at sumama sa mga kaibigan ko kasi baka masabihan na naman akong mataba. Nakaka baba ng self confidence sobra😢😢😢.
