We do have sea beaches in Canada. I live in Vancouver and we are surrounded with sea beaches. So is Victoria, Denman Island, Nanaimo etc. These are only a few of them. Even the Maritimes have sea beaches.

Martimes provinces has great ocean/sea beaches but not same like UAE or India. I think best sandy sea beaches in Canada is PEI. BC also has beachside. Ontario also has on above at Hudson bay.

You need to move around alot if you wana be more fit. I lost around 30 kgs last year and frankly I did ate healthy counted my calorie intake and burned alot in the gym and at home as well. But you need to move around alot. Dont walk just run. And also you need to build muscle to look more lean. I means its an individual’s choice but I have seen lot of your videos where you were trying to be fit. I just dont want your efforts go into vein because you need to enjoy the journey to be fit as well.
