CHITLANG | A short trip from Kathmandu

This video covers the scenes of kulekhani, markhu and chitlang.They
are located in the Makawanpur district. We are presenting the scenes that we captured during our travels up to you. Chitlang is one of the nearest 2-Day destinations for the people in the Capital city. People who do not have any private vehicle may have to plan more as there is not good flow of public transport.

Chitlang is an organic village in the way of living life in an organic style located in the Thaha Municipality of Makwanpur District.This village is surrounded by beautiful green forests. The large green fields are an added attraction of Chitlang.
It offers an amazing experience with a combination of natural beauty and cultural heritage. It offers visitors an opportunity of village homestay where you can interact and get insight into the rural life in Nepal. Camping and cycling here provide you an opportunity of getting closer to the un-disrupted ecology in the locality. The largest man-made lake in Nepal, Kulekhani (also known as Indrasarovar) is a short walk of 40 minutes from Chitlang.
