এই রেসিপির তুলনা হয়না। আমার মনে কষ্ট ছিল। চিতই পিঠা বানাতে পারিনা। এখন আমি মহাখুসি। বাসায় সবাই আরামে খােচ্ছ। নভেম্বর থেকে এই রেসিপি ফলো করছি। তবে আপু আমি কয়েক কাপ গোলা তৈরি করে বক্সে রেখে দেই। সকাল সন্ধ্যা যখনই বাচ্চা বলে বানিয়ে দিই। সত্যিই আপু অসাধারন। অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ। ভাল থাকবেন।

I tried this for the first time. came out awesome. Alhamdullillah. Your recipe is different with easy, available ingredients. The measurement was precise. Thank you so much. I would suggest to mix a tad bit of water with the oil while brushing the pan. The pitha's than slide of perfectly. Thank you once again.
