Ever since she married Richard she has been so consistent with everything she does. She is very intelligent and very fluent , I can listen to her the whole day. I used to clip all her writings when she still had her columns, oh she is the most wonderful politician I have come across. I rarely finished an interview of a politician except President Duterte, but this one I wasn't expecting that I finished the whole interview. It was so interesting and enjoying to watch. I live in Camotes island where Ormoc City is closer than going to Cebu city. When I visited Ormoc in 2018 compared to when I first visited it in 1997, it was way different.

I personally admire Cong. Richard Gomez (now the Mayor of the province as i write this comment) and Mayor Lucy Torres - Gomez (now the Congresswoman of Ormoc as I again write this comment. Since it was only this time that I saw this interview) for being both as Government Officials. I admire them for their honest & keen good intentions, even if I am a non-residence of Ormoc City, but the father of my 2 kids was born & raised in Ormoc, Leyte.

I've been in Ormoc in 1998. Exactly after their wedding when i study for College. Ormoc now and before are quite far different. People of Ormoc were very lucky to have Ms. Lucy and Cong. Richard as their public servants. Sana naabutan ko pa sila. I've seen Mayor Lucy during the time she's pregnant. Very beautiful person. Mabait. I've never seen Cong. Richard yet 😅 Their love story is one of my favorite during 90s. ❤ wishing for a good health and safety for this beautiful couple. This is what people needs in the govt.
