Thanks Taz😇 I would luv to see more mid-length LOW density wigs🤞🏻 especially for us small frame, small face & head women! Nothing is more empowering then feeling confident wearing our crown ✔️

Really enjoyed this video! Lots of good information! I have an ultra petite head circumference & Noriko has worked well for me. I have noticed that cap sizes are varying in size more now tho. A wig grip has really helped me be able to wear some of the bigger caps. Sky looks so cute on you! I have her in many colors. She’s such an easy style to wear❤✨👀

Thank you for your videos, first of all. To expand on your permatease tricks and tips, I find I can compress the permatease more if I fluff it more first. I think what happens is the permatease fibers are compressed and intertwined so detangling them gives them more room to get pressed down. I think it would be a great thing if we could standardize how we "measure" permatease. I think an easy way is to turn the cap in half and then press the cap together at the crown. We'd have to agree to what pressure we press the cap together, something similar to "finger tight" might be workable, at least its a start. The beauty of that method is that it isn't dependent on the qualities of the permatease fibers, but more the effect of the permatease "floof". Well, that's my two cents, hope it helps someone.

I just realised how much I'm enjoying being a wig wearer. I never did enjoy those long, expensive sessions in the hairdressing salon. It's really very enjoyable being able to choose my style for the day, open the box, shake and go!

Hi, Taz, fun video! I have chronic TE due to sensitivity to wireless radiation. I think with the rollout of 5G, hair loss is becoming more prevalent. 5G was rolled out at the start of the pandemic. I’ve never measured my head! Most fit pretty well. And those that don’t, don’t bother me. 😂
@TAZSWIGCLOSET Жыл бұрын
Sooo interesting about the 5G! What could one do about it, it's everywhere!? Thanks you for sharing this. I too just roll with cap sizing.. a well fitting cap is a very rare thing for me anyhow..lol! XOXO

GM Taz! I agree that wig caps are getting larger, and More women are experimenting with wigs. So if women with full heads of hair are now buying wigs, the manufacturers need to make the caps roomier or stretchier to accommodate that, right? That's my theory 😁 it's all about expanding the market and selling more wigs. So those with petite heads should flood the manufacturers with requests for petite wigs in contemporary styles! Thanks for your perspectives, always enjoy your vids❤

I never thought of that but you're probably bang on - the manufacturers are trying to entice people into the market that have a full head of hair. Obviously people who have no hair are going to require a much smaller cap in general.

I swear, I don't know what I'd do without you, Taz. I just recently watched one of your videos (Alanna) in which you had to block some viewers, due to their snarky comments. I didn't see what they wrote, but I know why they wrote it. They're PEA GREEN, because you devote your time, resources, heart and soul to these videos that you make for us. You're organized, professional, extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly, you generously share with us your insights, which are absolutely I-N-V-A-L-U-A-B-L-E. NOBODY describes color the way you do, and that is what I personally value the most. I also appreciate that your videos are generally formatted one similar to the next, so if I want to make a quick search, I have a pretty good idea of where to land. Add to that, you're smart AND beautiful, and I'm sure it was just too much for the snark patrol - ha! Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate and look forward to your videos. Annette

Woohoo! Sorry for those of you who are petite but as a larger head I'm thrilled caps are at least more stretchy. I was limited to about 2 wigs that had the style/size that worked for me. Now I've tried Henry Margu and I'm thrilled that they seem to have the stretch I need. Love you Taz! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

Alaska. I remember receiving a wig at 55 below in Fairbanks, Alaska 🤣 Born and raised there, stayed 45 years. As one with a 23” circumference, thrilled to hear that!! But I also have a canvas 23” wig head and if I put a wig on that (which I have sprayed inside with water) it does stretch it for me! And conversely I understand that wefts can be sewn together to create a more petite cap. It’s great to hear that more innovation is coming!! Imagine what AI can dream up with this stuff!! I have been reading that AI can diagnose better than a human doctor! But I also think AI does have issues. Though in one country or another, it will go on. I love the volume of Sky and the adorable bits that stick out of the sides, one of my favorite looks because it reminds me of a shag!! Thank you so much for this video, I know they take time and effort and we sure do appreciate them!! Lots of great info!!

I’m late to seeing this video, but wanted to say I have a petite head and I crisscross the straps on every wig, even most of the petite styles I have bought, (although, obviously not as much). Usually there is enough volume to cover any poof the cap might possibly have. I would absolutely love it if you were able to do a video on human hair wigs. Mine are not from the traditional manufacturers, are either European Remy or Brazilian Remy wigs. But info on taking care of them is sparse. Thanks so much for your wonderful reviews. ❤

If someone who has knowledge about how to tweak a hairline on a lace front, I'd appreciate your help with information. I have a wide forehead, and wide apart eyes. My forehead line looks better wide square shape, not oval (which most wigs seem to have). I'm not saying oval is unattractive for most people, but it's less attractive than a wider more boxed looking forehead line on me. Example: If you google Rita Hayworth's forehead line, you will see the before (oval) and after (square) and her face is very similar to mine in shape, same with Marilyn Monroe (big face with square hairline). Please let me know what I can do to change my wigs to a wide square shaped front.

Firstly GREAT video Taz! Wigs are certainly getting more popular which is wonderful I think caps are getting bigger and more stretchy because women without hair loss wear them but also like me I have long curly bushy hair but thinning on top so a lot to get under a wig 🩷
