No surprise that on Tuesday, June 25 2024, the 31-year-old singer and Chioma, his forever lover, shut down Lagos for their lavish, extravagant traditional wedding ceremony. Even though it was raining cats and dogs, with flood everywhere, friends and family, billionaires, and even past and present governors and presidents all trooped to the venue at Habour Point, Victoria Island, to witness the most prominent celebrity wedding of the year. On the same day, Governor Sanwo Olu of Lagos State celebrated his 59th birthday. However, he was forced to wrap up his special day celebration early to witness Chivido2024.

Well, according to Davido, he met his beautiful wife through his best man, Lati, on June 25, many years ago. At the time, Chioma and Davido studied at Babcock University and attended Lati’s birthday bash to celebrate with him. Lati introduced them, and the rest, they say, is now a husband-and-wife matter.

This wedding was the best wedding of 2024 from the car gifts to the ring to the guest list to the $100 raining the back story of love the heartbreak of losing a child and God blessing them with two twin a baby girl and a baby boy.
