I recently purchased this bag and I was wondering if anyone else who owns this bag is able to remove the clasp from the ring on the front of the bag or is it not meant to unclip from the ring? I tried on my bag but the ring is to thick and I cannot open the clasp all the way to unhook it. I am just wondering if this is a design flaw on my bag or if they are all like this. I know on the mini you can unhook the clasp from the main ring so I am confused as to why I cant with the medium style.

Hi there, thank you so much for watching. Yes, I think the chain is not meant to unclip, at least not on this one. I tried it too and it‘s not removable. Still beautiful bag though, I enjoy having it in my collection. Take care dear 💕💋
