When at the lights in Horrocks Road, if I’m going down Woolton Road do I need to be in the right hand lane?

How do we know thats its 20 road speed if there's not road bumps,no sign,no narrow road ? Plz tell.

@najamali6852 the highway code says in the presence of streetlights assume it is 30mph unless you see different speed limit signs. You must scan the road ahead to look for speed limit signs and if the sign is not there for some reason the examiner will tell you the speed limit, but if they don't then you must find the speed limit sign.
