They've been around for a whiiiile. They're sisters, one year apart. Halle (pronounced like "Halle Berry") is the younger/shorter one and is the one cast as Ariel in the live action The Little Mermaid. Chloe is just as dope, though! A lot of their fans, myself included, followed their career from a Disney Channel competition and their KZbin channel from like 6+ years ago. They've been making waves for a while, grammy-nominated, obviously signed to Beyoncé, acting on a tv show called "Grown-ish" which is a spin-off of the show called "Black-ish," so this current wave of music and recognition has felt like a long time coming. They play instruments, write and produce, make their own vocal arrangements (each live performance has different arrangement tweaks), do their own choreography sometimes, etc. They're just amazing and you can tell her have good hearts and pure souls. Definitely check out their live performance from the BET Awards (which, like all of their quarantine live performances, was filmed on their tennis court in their backyard) and their performance of "ROYL" for Global Citizen. Honestly, check out everything they do because it's all fire!! And of course, check out their new album "Ungodly Hour" which was released last month.
