When Halle was cast I was like “…who? Her?” Then I listened to her cover of Unforgettable and was like “yup she’s Ariel”. Her voice is very siren like and haunting and she had this dreamer look in the video it was perfection. Then Ungodly Hour came and solidified what I heard in that cover. Then doing further research I came upon their first mixtape cover from 2017 and Halle is in a literal mermaid tail in the photo. She manifested Ariel and she didn’t even know it.

Yes, this one of my favorites of their performances. They were doing a lot of performances during the pandemic, mostly from their backyard. While everyone was stuck in the home, they were busy entertaining us.

No-- Halle is not a natural redhead. She started TLM production, then Covid shut things down. Halle started the process of dying her dreads to lighten them for the movie. Chloe x Halle produced Ungodly Hour and were working to create videos all pandemic long. They got nominated for Grammys and got robbed because nobody else was hustling during the pandemic like them (my opinion). Sorry-- I just really love the music that these sisters produce together. Glad that you are now a converted fan as well 😊.
