We are a young Australian couple raising our six beautiful children aged 10, 9, 8, 7, 7, 7! That's right.. with the surprise addition of our sweet baby triplets, we had six children in three years!
We are now happy to announce the twins arrival five years later after the triplets in October 2020!
Life can be pretty hectic sometimes, but it's also A LOT of fun!

That’s awesome. I am 42 and just bought my first home this year and am very fortunate to be mortgage free. Such a comfort knowing my boys will not have to move about or that I will ever have to move. Nice to be able to do what you want to the house and not have money go to someone else anymore. All the best with setting up the house for you all …… have fun and make it your own.

Side note I noticed Evan’s (the oldest??) arms go all twisty, both myself and my two teens all have a Hypermobility condition called Hypermobility EDS, but also before that diagnosis my son was told he had benign Hypermobility syndrome. Nothing super scary just noticed the weird twisty arms and thought yep my now 15 year old could do that easily :).

Congratulations. It is similar here in the UK - a long process. I got a loan for our house and was self employed and it is much harder as they want bank statements, tax returns and those for a few years etc. Good luck. It is much more stable if you can buy rather than rent even if you move later. We bought and sold a few times before moving here and then promptly conceived twins - the last - which filled up the spare bed room at the new house! Last child is twins - beware anyone of having one last one as it might be a multiple one (although they have been such fun of course). The other point I agree on is you just cannot wait for a perfect house as you can be waiting forever, never buy and get left behind so I agree it was wise to buy now and not wait for something bigger or better. You just have to get on with it with compromises in life.
