You're a red-head!! How do you not use greens?? Those 2 warm colours with the addition of a brown, should look great on you... but in a quad with 2 purples is very strange, they need a nice silver to go with them!! It needs to be a 6 pan palette!!😮

Oh no! I was at the boutique this morning. I swatched this same quad and nearly caved in. I did get a liquid matte lipstick and it is divine! I may need to pick up that quad after all. 😮

@@ChloeLuckin Right??! Same. Like I need another lipstick? I got 212 Stupefante. I am a complete slave to terrcottas, burnt oranges and rusty reds. Got a feeling I'll be back for more. Chanel's mattes, bullet and liquid, are always outstanding. I just did a little dig through my eye shadow collection. I can pretty much dupe the last 4 Chanel quads with what I have. And thanks to you, I have dived into drugstore products lately. Rimmel has been a pleasant surprise, Designer Brand (an Australian local) has bowled me over with quite a few things too. @@kateaye3506 ooh I just looked at that shade and it’s stunning! Definitley the one I’d go for out of the collection 😊 Have you tried the ultra Tenue duo liquid lipstick? I love them and I even wore one of them for my wedding and it lasted all day! I’m so glad that I’ve persuaded you to try drugstore. There are some great gems there! I’ll never need a high end non-waterproof mascara again. Maybelline are the winners in this category for me 👌 but waterproof mascara will always be Chanel Le Volume Waterproof for me. I just can’t find a waterproof mascara as good as that, and I’ve tried a lot! Have a lovely weekend 🥰

To me it’s the perfect blush ! It’s just another way of wearing it inspired by Asian beauty. And I love it ! And it’s supposed to be worn really in the cheeks not on the temples

🙊 I will most likely buy this collection...but am not sure how much I will wear it. Lately, I have been buying many of the Chanel collections simply because they are limited editions and I do not wear them. The eyeshadow pallet you used is beautiful and once in a while, a matte is better than a shimmer for me. Maybe once I see them in-store, I can hold off on purchasing more Chanel I won't wear.

These colors might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but they do look really beautiful on you. One thing I like about the purple/green/lilac part of the collection is that it’s something different. Also love the spooky magical theme. Can’t wait to buy all of it but I don’t know when it will be available!

Hi Chloe! Thank you for featuring Chanel’s fall 2024 makeup collection. I appreciate your demos and your honest assessment. My POV: this fall collection is not intended as a standalone or one’s first dip into makeup. The eye and cheek items should be considered as companion pieces - with Chanel likely targeting (fair-skin) customers who have other Chanel eye quads and blushes, each containing plenty of shimmer and glitter. For example, both blushes can be used as matte highlighting shades with the Jardin Imaginaire blushes. The effect would be more subtle than with each duo’s glittery highlighter, but so much more appropriate for the workplace. Similarly, the matte eyeshadows in both eye quads are quite appropriate for daytime - granted, the mustard shade in the Divination quad is odd - and matte looks can easily be transformed to evening looks with the addition of glittery or shimmery shades from one’s existing (and probably extensive) collection of eyeshadows. This collection is a gamble for Chanel - sales will be a huge indicator for future collections.

I’m always about inclusivity, and Chanel usually bring it with their collections, however because I know the blushes will only work for super fair skin (like my natural shade), it’s a let down for me. It’s because I know that I always use browns so knew they’d be safe and I’d still get my use out of it, even if it wasn’t the best quality 😊 With the green palette, I just knew I wouldn’t use it at all. I love purple, but I already have a single purple shadow and the Les Beiges Cool palette, so if I want a bit of purple, I’ll go to those. I just think that £50 is a lot of money to spend on a palette I won’t use. 😊

I love your videos and reviews. Thank you for reviewing this collection that I was NOT interested in. That boring looking peachy quad is stunning on the eyes! I think you are the only creator who has demonstrated this palette. The purple green quad is ugly! I have similar eye and skin tone colour to you and love the peachy quad. I am not sure if I need it because I have the ND triochrome palette but I am VERY tempted to buy it. ❤

@@estherc6487 thank you so much! 🥰 In all honesty, I did have a search on KZbin for videos on the collection and there were hardly any. I think people were really out off by the photos. I wasn’t originally going to get the neutral palette, however I’m so glad I did because it’s the only beautiful thing in the collection to me! It’s not really something you need if you have anything similar though. The blushes are so cool toned, I have no idea which skin tone they’d suit 😊

When I first saw this collection, I was uninspired. But I’m someone who likes some shimmer in my eyeshadow. The peach tones look beautiful on you, so I’m glad that palette works for you. Also, I don’t care for either of the blushes. I would like lavender as a skin brightener, or possibly a highlighter, but I don’t think it’s worth the money for me personally. I watched another KZbinr who loves Chanel, and she said she’s passing on this collection. It will be interesting to find out what others think about this. I am hoping that their Chanel holiday collection is much better.

In all honesty, when I looked at the palette I was really uninspired. In person it just didn’t look like anything I’d use, and for £50, I’d want it to be colours I can use everyday 😊 I think that the palette being entirely matte, just looked a bit boring and the colours didn’t really go together. Now, if there were some shimmer shadows in this palette, you can definitley bet that it would have been put straight on my face 😂

That quad needs to be a six palette box.. with a silver satin to go with the purples, and a brown to go with the orange/green, then it would be a nice travel box.... lavender blush is not going to suit many people at all, the purple blush and lavender highlighters look great on dark skins, but most white skins, it just looks weird!!😢

That sounds so good! They should have definitely added more shades to the palette 😊 I’m going to try to use the blush by mixing it with other blushes so it adds an extra tone to it, and this one makes it more brighter. I think mixing it with a pink blush can give a beautiful lilac shade 🥰

There surely is some U.S./Halloween to this, but i like it. Actually, it is the first collection after Hiver that really caters to the season. Both, Jardin Imaginaire and Océanique for Spring failed the vibe. Even the Precious Coral during the Holidays 2023 missed the mark. I want it to embrace the season!

@@Suseau I think it’s quite nice however I know I wouldn’t use it. I think if it was more Halloween, they should have added some shimmer/satin shade to the quad. Maybe a blue to go along with the purple. It just didn’t seem very thought out for autumn. I’m excited to see the holiday collection for this year, but I definitely think the same as you - they did kiss the mark on a few of the items, and the palette seemed like a repeat of their anniversary palette 😊

I definitely think the lavender blush would work so much better as a blush topper or a setting powder - definitely not a blush though! With the orange blush, I meant that it’s a little too close to my skin with the tone being warm, and the both being around the same lightness. It definitely wouldn’t have shown up on me 😊 I don’t think there’s anything weird about the review 😊
