A little tip with the wraps for you hun, if you put grease proof paper between each wrap then freeze them, they just come off the grease proof paper really easy. They don’t get all stuck together. Xx

You can have yogurt, you can have the Yeo valley 0% thick yogurt (its listed a P!) - However this vid is older so it probably wasn’t a thing back when this was filmed. I was releived as I have it with speed fruit as a treat! You explain it really well. I do really enjoy your SW videos. Thanks for sharing

Little tip put your silicon pans on a baking tray before you start to fill them much easier and safer getting them in and out of the oven. A lot of silicon bake ware can go into the freezer.

You can have yogurt on SP as long as you deduct it from your 10 syn daily allowance. You can't have natural yogurt because it is a free food but you can have 0% fat Greek yogurt as part of SP. All flavoured yogurts need to be synned x

Hi Chloe, thank you for making SP really easy to follow , never did quite get it but I do now 😀 here’s a game changer for you if you like quark. Add a little sugar free dilute juice to make a fruit flavoured yoghurt type desert. Also the quark and it chic is always better the following day nomnom 😋

I’m on day 6 of my first SP week in years. I’ve been struggling with EE for a while so thought SP was just an extra level of difficult but actually, changing it up has helped me re-focus, i think I’m on track for a good loss and I’m so excited to go back to EE i think it will keep me on plan for the long run! x

Great video, with lots of great tips for sp meals. I first started SW in august last year I used the six wk diary pages to detail everything & since use the weekly diary sheets. Another 7lbs will have lost 3st. However liked the diary you showed as you can look back & see clearly what worked-meal planning, weight etc so ordered the refill pages, as already have a binder. Think this will certainly help me reach my goal. Many thanks Ali 😊

@@melissaa4168 Have you tried roasting veggies? Get a baking tray and spray with fry light, scatter chunks of peppers, aubergine, courgettes etc, or whatever veggies you like (pumpkin or butternut squash really good at this time of year). Season with salt and pepper and spray again. Bake for about half an hour at 200 C.

Loved the dessert you made with quark, I did mine with chocolate chips it was lovely. The crustless quiche was sooo good, honestly thought I had bad case of memory loss after making it mind. Hi Chloe. Just found your channel. Some great ideas for meals, love the look of squaffles and Hasselbeck carrots. I think the SW pack has a separate book dedicated to SP, saves you digging through the Food Optimising book for SP info. You can't have natural fat free yogurts on SP, but you can have the flavoured fat free ones as they have syns. ❤

Hiya..can.i Just ask..you mentioned yoghurt is not on the SP plan..could you use your syn allowance to have it..or is yoghurt not allowed x

Could you prepare the quiche in advance and keep In the fridge? Presumably you could have the chicken on a roll instead or pitta and have cold and not cook if you at work. I know you say you can’t have yoghurt on SP days does that include the fat free Greek style which has a P symbol next to it. Thank you. As usual you are amazing xx

Hi Sue, Yes I don't see why not!! Sounds like a fab idea! I am not sure as this video was a while ago I think the rules may have slightly changed when it comes to yoghurt and SP etc, I am not 100% sure, I am sorry! Amazing...thanks so much for sharing. Given me some great ideas. One tip I saw for cutting veg for hassleback is to chop between two wooden spoons, just to ensure you don’t chop all the way through.

Thank you!! Yes I do 😘 it was a bit of a mixture really, mainly losses but small losses and a few maintains! Then gains when I had an occasion! ❤️❤️
