I am by no means a Christian but you have given me so much inspiration to build a relationship with God. I have been battling with my spirituality and you show me that it is an everyday struggle even for someone as devout of a christian as you. Not trying to be all up in your business or tell you what to do. But I break out a lot and I even get cystic acne sometimes. I’m 26 now and what I’ve learned over the years the biggest contributor to my acne is dairy,sugar,processed carbs, stress, and hormones. So if you can I’d say cut out dairy and sugar for a week or two (or severely cut it down- and added sugars not fruits) if you can and see if it makes a difference. Love your videos ❣️
