I’m a registered nurse. Please be careful with your water intake. If you drink too much water you can flush important minerals out of your body like potassium and sodium. It’s called water intoxication. It’s not like alcohol intoxication at all. But you will feel terrible if you have had too much water. Try watery fruits like watermelon or honeydew to make up part of your fluid intake especially in summer. Keep up with your good nutrition and your excellent channel! ❤️

Just minutes before, the devil was throwing thoughts into my head and saying things like “God is never giving you his promises so whats the point in living?” I always try to ignore these thoughts because I know damn well they’re not from God. God is telling me to keep having faith in him and thats what keeps me going everyday. Please be carefuly when promoting things like IV multiplier powders. That can be extremely hard on the kidneys and cause a lot of issues if overdone. You could try eating more fruits, leafy vegetables, and soup or broth based meals for natural hydration. The fast food, high sugar drinks, and processed foods, while okay in moderation should not be a daily thing as that is countereffective to hydration and overall nutrition.

I was on Accutane in 2019. My main issue was the severe dehydration but I didn't experience body aches/soreness. It's not fun at all but it's worth it in the end. Made my face look and feel A LOT better. I'm happy Chloé is almost finished with it ❤️

My baby being raised in church baptized and the heart of gold!! We went thru a tornado in 2020 (you can KZbin tornado in Mt Juliet TN) that was my daughters school and we live across the street. After 2 days my baby took all her money and made me take her to the store where she bought all kinds of snacks. We stayed up and made goodie bags for 3 hours We as victims of the tornado had amazing help from our community, she made these goodie bags for the utility workers the contractors working on the houses, the police officers. Her reply was “Mom all these ppl are helping us and they are away from their families to help us and I don’t see anyone helping them. They had water and treats in a bag that we last out for 4 hours walking our neighborhood. To see these workers face at a nice act she had done and words from them was amazing I told her GOD sees you and he will bless you. At church that next Sunday I teatified about it, by the end of church our church fam had given her little donations back. We lived in a hotel for 9 months and COVID hit and we never complained. I told my husband being in a 1 room hotel for 9 months w a suitcase we knew GOD could get us thru anything I hope u read this

Praying for someone after they passed away won’t get them saved. It’s hard to say but when our family members pass without truly having the Lord in there heart and repentance before death unfortunately they won’t be in heaven with the Lord. The main electrolytes in those drinks such as Gatorade are sodium and potassium chloride. Most people get these from food on a daily basis, especially sodium. I don’t think sodium deficiency exists in the US. You don’t need to add anything to your drinks. Sports drinks were created for athletes because they’re losing excessive amounts of sodium through sweat. Majority of people aren’t athletes lol things like Liquid IV are good if you’re hungover because alcohol dehydrates you by poisoning you. If you’re not an alcoholic or an athlete don’t waste your time or money

You need to give the hairspray some time to actualy become a spray instead of fluid.
