Paul Gilbert is a national treasure. For all America's faults, we did give the world Paul Gilbert.

Paul is such a fantastic teacher. I’ve taken lessons with him through Artistworks for several years and have learned so much. He has such a good eye for what the student needs and explains everything in such an accessible way.

Same. He got me out of the mindset that alternate picking everything is superior. I had to undo A LOT of bad habits

Incredible podcast, I'm a student of Paul's on artistworks and been lucky enough to have had a lesson off him in person too. Love the format of these talks, looking forward to Eric's! Keep up the good work 👏

Paul is always entertaining and an outstanding teacher. He was among the first to put out instructional videos in the 80's. I learned a lot then and continue to this day! Thanks ! And keep this podcast going!

Since the first time I saw Paul back in the 80’s, I just had the gut feeling that he was a most awesome dude. His playing was/is absolutely phenomenal. What a great combination of humility and virtuosic talent. Thanks, Nick.

Paul absolutely needs to do another vocal record. So much better than his instrumentals.

While I do not care much about "instrumental guitar" records, whoever makes them, I enjoyed his "king of Clubs" record a lot.
