Ok , I want to clarify this for all new trader. He is missing out on a very important information in this short. You must be asking , why that low break then become ChoCH. This guy forgot to show you that on the left side of the chart . this current peak that he is showing just broke a previous swing high. Hence that first low is valid to use at CHOCH.

One thumb rule for all markets : Slow upside movement will result on a fast downside movement. A slow downside movement indicates there will be a fast upside movement.

That is an inverse fvg after breaking the previous high which in higher timeframe is simply a liquidty sweep. You could actually put your stop loss just above the close of the fvg candle

Don't use the consequent encrouchment if there's a choch but the order block instead also wait for the candlestick to close out of the fvg it's also better to wait until the market fails to break structure and make a higher high. Despite that I'm confident that this will make money

As for me I would have taken my sell at the demand zone… once the structure broken…high tendency they would come to the source that broke the market... Wilhich is the last bearish candle that initiated the bullish order flow that took at the high and gave us a new high… so my trading plan would be I sell from the demand zone, den take my profit and enter again from the Fvg… I stand to be corrected

I definitely feel a lot more comfortable in trades where I just join a part of a trend on a pullback (i.e. not trying to catch the top or the bottom). Even if I do catch a top or bottom I usually exit out of the position early because I don't trust it, so it's not like it's vastly more profitable unless it is just rocketing in my direction which happens like 10% of the time lol.

Really I feel the key component is left out. It not just that sweep but price should mostly have also swept a key high or hit an imbalance or some HTF pd array I believe
