all cannon strikes are +1 on block, EX being 0 on block, wtf is momochi talking about. They arent minus. Edit: i just tested it, they seem to all be around -4 on block, EX seems to be around +1 or +2. FAT and V-frames are wrong and need to be updated...

Yeah one thing I've realised that I haven't seen anyone else pick up on is the fact that her cannon strikes seem different when following the the hooligan combo. Following hooligan combo her cannon strike seems easily comboed even when you land it above the waist. On the other hand a cannon spike done from a jump in needs to land around the knee area before anything can combo afterwards. There doesn't seem to be any frame data to support this...but after testing in training it seems they are definitely different
