Hey Lizzie, I wanted you to know, that lately my depression has gotten so so much worse. I have had nights where I just can't sleep and then I have nights where I cry myself to sleep. A couple years ago I lost someone super special to me. I started being a different person. I ignored everyone, became rude to my parents and teachers, lost all my friends and isolated myself from everyone. It has been happening so much again lately. On nights when I can't sleep, I watch your videos. On nights when I cry myself to sleep I watch your videos and it makes me feel so much better.
