It is no surprise to any mature person that all the women shown in his video are beautiful in their own ways. The chocolate lady has her style and humanity. At 00:03 the young mother shows her caring spirit for her son, while the lonely pensive middle aged woman is elegant in spirit if not her clothes, while the little girl with her jumping on the stairs at 01:28 shows intelligence in knowing how to occupy herself. The concerned lady with inquisitive eyes looking into the shop window seems concerned and her features and attire are classic and so elegant and a few tuft of displaced hairs will not hide her beauty. The elderly veiled lady coming in from the left at 01:14 may be of the other generation who looks moral, honest and caring maybe wondering if the lady looking at the shop window is yearning for a chocolate. All women are beautiful, but their character does not always complement that. Also it is interesting to conclude about other women's qualities if one watches the videos showing women's parking abilities in closed spaces especially their reversing where most of them seem not to understand the logic of having a steering at the front wheels!

She says cacao nibs but those aren't nibs. They're chocolate covered cacao beans dusted in cocoa powder. Lady's husband has an adult palate for deeper, less sweet chocolate; definetely to be savoured. I can see how it's to awaken passion.

1:12 Those were brownies I think; they made a solid *clunk* at 1:17 when the boy put them back down again. At was at first thinking, "They must be really stale", but then I though "HOW delicious must chocolate-brick brownies be!?" (Not with an actual brick but a chocolate brownie that is really hard to chew)
@Serenity1137 жыл бұрын
and I bet they are bitter dark chocolate brownies, going to what she guessed on the kid's favorite. :)
@amieclements74466 жыл бұрын
Actually, they are rough cuts of bitter chocolate or baker's chocolate, most likely. Brownies are usually baked with sugar to cause the caramelization in the chemical reaction that achieves the moist texture. Luc prefers bitter chocolates, so something made with sugar probably wouldn't be his favourite thing. Hence why I don't think Vianne would have offered him brownies if she knew his favourite thing.

5. Jezus nigdy nie kazał pozostawać żonom z mężami, którzy je biją. Zakazał rozwodów, które świadczyły o twardych sercach mężów.

Ongi watched < Chocolat> again in a long time last night on EBS TV . 😆 Again she contemplated the degree of the locals' contentment with Vianne's hand-made chocolates and entertained herself by munching on three super large bars of sugar and honey coated milk chocolate and drinking two big cups of hot chocolate at 2 a.m.😋 But Willy Wonka! What are you doing there in a small French village?🤔 Don't worry. Newkie is not judgemental. 😉

That was abit harsh of the mother not letting her son try some chocolate, I know the story takes place during Lent but come on only one little treat isn't gonna hurt anyone.
@alexsdb971211 ай бұрын
Remember, the character is one of those very strict and what people might call "rigid" religious person, in this case Catholic. Also, the 1950s factor. But it's also the character specifically, of what she's probably been through and is therefore very over-protective of her son. The actress Carrie Anne Moss did a fine job depicting her character!
