Chocolate Banana Muffins
Ingredients for 12 muffins:
ripe bananas (large) - 2
vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
whole milk - 1/4 cup
egg - 1
brown sugar - 1/2 cup
unsweetened cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
all-purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
baking powder - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract - 1 tsp
semisweet chocolate chips - 3/4 cup
white chocolate chips (optional) for decoration
Steps:
1. Mash bananas.
2. Add vegetable oil, whole milk, egg, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix it.
3. Take flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Sift it.
4. Combine two mixtures (dry and liquid).
5. Add semisweet chocolate chips to the muffin mixture. Mix it.
6. Fill muffin liners with the batter. Approximately 2 tbsp each.
7. Decorate with white chocolate chips (optional).
8. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes.
9. Let the muffins cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
