I prepared chocolate boba with cheese froth today.
Since the cheese froth and chocolate milk are homemade, you can drink it thicker than those sold.
Since the cheese froth drinks are popular these days, I thought I could make it with cream cheese+whipped cream+milk. It's a modified recipe.
Since there are exclusive cheese froth and chocolate latte powders, there may be a taste difference.
Cheese froth is delicious either mixed or not mixed! I think this will be also good on tiramisu latte, I should make it soon :)
▶ingredient
+ 80g tapioca pearls, 40g sugar, 50g water
+ 25g water, 10g cocoa powder, 20g sugar, 60g chocolate, 400g milk
+ 20g cream cheese, 10g sugar, 60g whipping cream, 30g milk
+ cocoa powder, cacao nibs
1) Pour enough water in a pot and boil tapioca pearls for 15 minutes.
2) Put off the fire and leave them with cover for 10 minutes.
3) Rinse the pearls in cold water.
4) Mix warm water and sugar together.
5) Mix the pearls with sugar syrup and leave them as it is.
6) Mix the water, sugar, and cocoa power in other bow.
7) Add chocolate to it and microwave it for 20 seconds.
8) Mixed the melted chocolate and the ingredients.
9) Add water and mix it together.
10) Keep the milk in the refrigerator.
11) Add sugar to the cream cheese and mix it.
12) Whisk the whipping cream until it becomes hard.
13) Mix the cream cheese and whipping cream.
14) Adjust the concentration by pouring the milk.
15) Place the pearls in a cup.
16) Add ice cubes and chocolate milk in the cup.
17) Decorate it with cheese froth, cocoa powder, and cacao nibs on the top of the drink.
