what temperature it should be set if we are baking it in oven? please mention with the timer and also the pre-heat temperature

I was going to ask the same thing. I am not an expert but try this. - fill a metal tray with hot water and place it at the bottom of the over, that keeps the cake moist and stops the top cracking - preheat the over to 180 C - place the cake tin in the middle tray, not the top - DO NOT open the over door at all for 40 min until the cake is fully risen. because the purpose of Baking Soda and Baking Powder is to create bubbles in the cake, the cake MUST then set before the bubble die and that makes the cake soft and fluffy. If you open the door prematurely the cake cool and the bubbles die before the cake is set and it goes flat. - after 40 mins check the cake is set by putting a match stick of toothpick in the cake and if it comes up wet and sticky it is not set, then you need to put a foil on top and put it back in the over for another 10 min.
