Ingredients
1. Oil-60 ml
2. Curd-80 gm
3. Sugar-120 gm
4.flour-160 gm
5.Coco-30gm
6.Baking powder-5gm
7.Baking soda-1gm
8.Milk-110ml
Method
1. Mix oil,curd and sugar till no lumps observed.
2. Sieve flour,coco powder, baking powder,bakinf soda and mix well with milk.
3. Bake in microwave at 180° 25 to 30 min depends on depends on cake tin.
4. Check with knife at 25 min and then decide to bake further.
Chocolate ganache
1. Add chopped dark cooking chocolate and melt in double boiler till smooth.
2. Add cream slowly and mix till smooth.
3. Cur the cake horizontally and spread evenly and place top layer and keep in fridge in air tight container.
