Chocolate Chip Cookies ~ Gluten Free

Try the ultimate gluten free chocolate chip cookies with this mouthwatering recipe! These cookies are perfectly chewy, loaded with gooey chocolate chips, and absolutely irresistible!

Ingredients:
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Vanilla
2 Cups Flour - Bobs Red Mill Baking Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds
In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and roll into small balls, I made 6
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
Bake in the oven at 350° for 15-25 minutes

Love CCC! Going to try these plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and BLV in dairy and the lead and choline in eggs. Thanks for sharing
