CHOCOLATE CINNAMON ROLLS

Chocolate cinnamon rolls anyone?
These soft and fluffy rolls, filled with chocolate and cinnamon smothered with sweet cream cheese frosting are just heaven in a bite.
INGREDIENTS:
BREAD DOUGH
1 cup warm milk
2 1/4 tsp. (1 packet) active dry/ instant yeast
1 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
CHOCOLATE CINNAMON SUGAR
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Can I use only cocoa instead of cinnamon and what type of cocoa is it sweetened unsweetened

Hi, yes you can just use cocoa if you don’t want to add cinnamon. I used unsweetened cocoa powder.

Hi yes. But if you are going to use salted butter, you can omit the salt.
