This massive 7.2ft Crocodile was crafted 100% out of chocolate during my latest 4 days Masterclass at the Pastry Academy (Las Vegas) !

At first I didn't like the choice of making its face look unrealistic but after looking at your other vids I realized it is actually intentional and is your unique art style . I love how your animals have that monstrous look that reminds you of old plastic dinosaurs and animal figurines you got for cheap as a child, which had comically uncanny almost realistic faces.
