Preheat oven to 375 1/2 cup butter 3 tbsp oil 3 tbsp sour cream 2 medium eggs 1 cup milk 2 tsp vanilla Sift & stir 1 3/4 cup flour 1 Tsp baking soda 2 Tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup cocoa powder 1 cup sugar 200 g Mix liquid and dry ingredients just until flour disappears Add chocolate chips Pour batter into muffin liners Bake at 375 for 15 mins
