It's profitable.. n even youcan earn 70-80% profit once your customers liked. But in starting try to sell in 40_50%.. and try to update your menu timely. Thank u so much sidhi ji 😍 and waooo your question is awesome .. even I have never thought about the same 😜.. but with my experience I used to remelt the remaining chocolate for 6 times.... And PRO TIP is here.. if your chocolate gets hard you can use flavourless oil, your chocolate will get shine and becomes soft..

Add butter or white chocolate if you have.. for less bitter chocolate.. for glaze I just dip my doughnuts in melted chocolate or for extra shine you can add butter...

Dear please temper your chocolate . Vese to we temper real chocolates but still compound chocolates also need to cool down.. because if we put hot chocolate in molds and than we keep in fridge, temperature changed and then bought back to room temperature for demolding... Due to change in temperature, moisture from the air condense on chocolate h.. And don't keep your chocolates for long in the fridge to set..Just keep for 7_10 minutes.. take it out and start wrapping..

Hello .. usually I don't use corn syrup or oil .... Corn syrup se apki chocolate soft bnti hai or melt bhi nhi hoti jb hum set krte hai and oil se chocolates me shine ati h.. to aap 1tbsp oil use kr skte hai flavourless oil.. kbi kbi chocolate melt krte time hard ho jati h tab b aap oil use kr skte ho

In both... Depends on time or quantity, if you don't have much time and preparing for bulk order, keep your mold in fridger..

Agar plain milk chocolate hai.. 18_20grams ki banti hai ek chocolate ap use 10_12 rs me sale kijiye.. agar bulk order hai to 1kg me 80_85 cavity chocolates ban jaegi.. mene ek chocolate ka price bta Diya apko.. Chocolate costing kese nikalti hai- Compound Price / weight of the compound * weight of the cavity chocolate

Let the chocolate cool down first, then mold ... don't keep mold in fridge more than 15 minutes

When the difference in temperature of the chocolate and air is too much i.e. if the chocolate is refrigerated too long, the water vapour present in the air starts to cool down when it comes in contact with it. Much like when u take out refrigerated bottles and see water trickling on its surface. I hope if I'm not wrong, that answers your question.

@@RitikaGargBansal I don't have heat resistance glass bowl. I heat water then place chocolate in steel bowl. It's not melting soft .it's hard. Any suggestions?

You can use any bowl over a hot water bowl.. But one thing, your chocolate doesn't get in contact with water... Chocolate will get hard ..
