Truffle (Ganache ) :
ingredients: ( Cake and Dessert)
1 Lit Amul Cream
1 Kg - Pure Dark Chocolate (Morde brand - 45% )
Method :
1 KG - Dark Pure Chocolate (45% - Morde Brand ) Chopped
Take a Vessel and Put
3 tbsp - Water
1 litre - Amul Fresh Cream
Stir continuously make one Boil and Switch off the flame .
and Add Chopped Pure Dark Chocolate and Close the lid for 10-12 Minutes
After 12 Minutes whisk properly
And strain the truffle .
Frosting : For Cup cake
1 lit - Amul fresh Cream
1.5 Kg - Pure Dark Chocolate ( Morde Brand - 45%)
Same method
Once Temperature come down of truffle at 35 degree than add
50 gm - Amul Salted butter and stir it properly
Store :
Keep in airtight container for 20 days in fridge
Outside : only 1-2 days only with Cling Wrap or in airtight container.
Whenever need keep out side 1-2 hour and than u can use
