Made some for my mom birthday I had no rectangular mold, so i had to improvise I couldn't get the cake part to be fluffy, egg just kept coming down for whatever reason, was still good to use The butter cream wouldn't "cream" so i had to add more butter, after that everything was good The ganache is basic, taste good, easy to make, but made a mess since i had no mold The glassage was pretty bad on my side (my fault), didn't rewatch before making the cake so i filtered it after cooling it, half my glassage already turned into jelly, which made it harder to spread and the coating was not smooth (but tbh i wouldn't have been able to have a nice coating since my cake was not flat, so it was better that way) I of course cut it not straight Every one liked it, i loved it, the texture was nice, taste amazing, now that i know how to make it i'll just by a mold and i'll make some often, it's a 10/10
@frosch1612 жыл бұрын
