Sorry for late reply. Here is a recipe for making roasted bean powder: Ingredients: -2 cups cooked chickpeas (drained and rinsed) -1 tablespoon olive oil -1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste) -Optional seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, or any other desired spices Instructions: -Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). -Spread the chickpeas out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. -Drizzle the chickpeas with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and any desired seasonings. -Toss the chickpeas until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings. -Roast the chickpeas in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown. -Remove the chickpeas from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. -Transfer the roasted chickpeas to a blender or food processor and blend until they are finely ground. -Store the roasted chickpea powder in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. -Roasted chickpea powder can be used as a gluten-free flour substitute in recipes or as a seasoning to add flavor and nutrition to dishes. Enjoy!

Both are the same. Start with a small amount because you are not used to do that. Put a cup of flour through a small sieve. After that roast it in a pan or a small pot until it turns a little brownish. Tastel it a little bit and if you don't get the smell of raw chickpea it's done. If you do add a couple minutes more to roast.
